Mandatory Skills: Unix, Shell Scripting, Database skills which can be Sybase/Oracle,
Production support experience.
This is a production support role and involves working on 24*6 shift. Candidates will interact directly with the customers and should possess excellent communication skills.
He or she should have good analytical skills, used to monitoring process and well versed with Unix/Linux environment. Should have an eye for detail and pro-active in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Respect for Production servers and understand the impact of working with it.
Exp : 2.5 yrs to 5 yrs
