Experience: 3-5 years
Profile: A key member of software development team will be expected to design, develop web based product offerings for the enterprise. Ability to effectively work in lean teams with minimal direction, strong interest in Web 2.0 technologies and should be able to leverage this ability in the development of the product.
Skills: Experience in Object Oriented Web Application development using one or more languages such as PHP, Perl. Candidate must have worked on at least 2 LAMP based projects.

? Database experience in MySQL, ORACLE including construction of efficient queries and schema creation
