Job Profile:
1 Work closely with Project Incharge and the team for ensuring project success
2 Coding and configuration to ensure timely execution
3 Participate in pre-development phases of prototyping and pseudo-coding
4 Adherence to development standards – coding, testing, quality, design
5 Provide on-the-job to the junior developers and trainees to get started with the project
6 Brainstorming on complex project for innovative solutions
7 Document on all phases of the project
8 Develop and share knowledge
9 Analysing the project and individual oriented sessions and trainings, planning and conduction.
