Job Description:
They are looking for a senior Ruby , Java and scripting programmer. You should be an experienced Ruby on Rails and Java-Servlet-Tomcat Web application developer working on Windows/Linux platform. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a Web application and database for automatic configuration and generation of Printer Description files such as PPD, PDD, etc. for several printer server/controller products.
You should be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and exhibit good communication skills for working with others at different geographical locations. You should be a detail-oriented and very organized person with ability to maintain Web application integrity and availability. You should be willing to look at new technologies with the aim of improving the web application.
* B.E/B Tech/ME/M Tech
* Overall 3 years experience on Java/Servlet/Tomcat Web Apps development with minimum 0.6 to 1 yr exp on Ruby on Rails.
Years Of Experience : 2 – 3 Years
Minimum 0.6 to 1 yr exp on Ruby on Rails.
* Experience programming with XML and Windows scripting
* Familiarity working with SQL/MySQL and JBDC/ODBC API for accessing small database from Web based application
* Prior experience working with printing technology, Firebird Database, and/or PPD/PDD is a plus.
