• Lead a team of 3-4 developers.
• Conceptualize the design at the low level and get it implemented.
• Travel to US (1-2 times in an year) for 1-2 months.
• Collaborate with the US product team.
• Strong multi-tasker with exceptional time-management skills.
• R&D.
Qualifications and Skill set requirements
Required
• BS/BTech/MS/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent
• 4+ years industry experience.
• Excellent software design and communication skills.
• Very good experience in Ruby and ruby on rails, AJAX
• Knowledge of database fundamentals.
• Sound knowledge of UNIX/LINUX.

I saw the job profile about RoR in your company, it seems to be very old opening but it looks good and also want to shift in Noida and it is good for me also so i want to apply for RoR development team if you still require Ruby developers.
